Return Policy for Lisa Kon Products
At Lisa Kon , we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us to request an exchange. You’ll need to return the original item using the process described above, and we’ll process a new order for the replacement item.
You’ll be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we’ve made an error in the item shipped. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
